Operating Terms and Conditions

      1. The 100% Deposit Bonus can be exercised with a Minimum deposit of USD $100 and the maximum bonus that can be availed is $20, 000. The leverage of the account should not be more than 200X.

     

      1. In case, the total losses incurred by the trader/client reach 90% of initial deposit, his/her position will be squared off or in other words, trader’s position will be squared off at 10% initial equity.

     

      1. A client may not receive any notification of the margin call if his account starts losing the bonus amount before his actual equity falls below 70% of used margin.

     

      1. Equal amount of Deposit Bonus will be withdrawn by ForexNXT Forex when the client makes a withdrawal from their account. The bonus will only be withdrawn when client withdraws from initial deposit only.For example, if a client withdraws $50 from the initial deposit of $100, $50 will be deducted automatically from the 100% Deposit Bonus amount that had been awarded to client.

     

      1. If the client withdraws profit from the account, bonus amount sitting in the account will not be affected.

     

      1. Bonus funds accrued in the Bonus Promo are wholly broker owned.

     

      1. Bonus funds cannot be transferred from one account to another account within the company.

     

    1. Bonus will be withdrawn once you have lost all your initial deposit. However, you can make a fresh deposit and avail fresh 100% bonus on the new deposit everytime.

General Terms and Conditions

      2. Any dispute not covered by these terms and conditions will be duly resolved by ForexNXT Forex Management in a justified manner.

      6. ForexNXT Forex has no responsibility (Direct or in-direct) for the consequences of cancellation of bonus funds in the account and encourages disregarding the bonus funds in the calculation of risk-management and / or trading strategies by the trader.

      7. ForexNXT Forex holds the right to request additional trader’s identification documents as well as other personal data.

      8. ForexNXT Forex can temporarily or permanently terminate the client’s access to the services and block that clients account if there is some suspicious or fraudulent activity found in the account.

      9. Broker reserves the right to change the existing rules without prior notice.
